I also find this post on other forum:

if your apps are not uploaded on google play
and you got error 3 when you request for ads

no ads will show on your app until you upload it to google play and submit appeal to admob to active your ads

So maybe that’s the reason…

yeah I saw that too, thing is that my app is not uploaded yet, (says api level is 27 and needs to be 28) so im checking new versions of corona to fix this

I did get live ads on my app, before singing it (using C:\Program Files (x86)\Corona Labs\Corona\Resources\debug.keystore) , I now have draft on google play , but app not yet uploaded, guess it may have to do with this… I don’t understand what they mean by mediation

I waited some time, I made some requests to AdMob and it finally works. Thank y’all for help!
