I did a test on my app. It does crash on my device as well, which will be fixed in the next update. How about you try on another phone by sideloading your app built for amazon.
Not sure I understand the side loading. The google version works fine on all devices that currently have it running.
What I meant is that trying on a non-Kindle device, for example, Asus zenfone 3 max. I tested my app by building it for Amazon App Store then installing it in Asus and check for errors since both Kindle and Zenfone 3 max are Android.
