@Rob, Thank you for letting me know this. I have removed both the plugins. The same error (5) still persists though.

It is same here, until today I was getting this error a few times and eventually it was working but today not a chance. I have tried to remove play services but did not help.
I have tried with daily builds 3023, 3007, 2972 and last stable build but all the same.
Here is the plugin settings in my project;

I have got a successful build now. I build it twice and both them were successful. 
Can everyone try building again? We think we have the Android vs. various plugins build problem addressed.

Finally, its working again
It`s working again.
This error has been showed 50% of times when I tried to build since 1 month ago.
I thought it was a problem with my network but now it works correctly.

Working for me too.
Same here. Including any one or combination of kidoz, admob or supersonic plugins makes it fail. Without them, it works.
Same error here. For me including any one of these 3 plugins stops it working:
