App only with a web broser calling an url? is it possible?

I am developing a web app, has anyone upload an app only with a web browser inside? Do app store and google play accept it?

Apple will reject apps that are just website’s in a native app. All apps have to have some app features. Google won’t care unless they are featuring the app.
