Bug - display.save saving image with a white line

I know Tom   I was referring that I didn’t receive any reply back from Corona regarding my bug reports (the first one just made 1 year birthday last month). Brent reply to Scott was made today.

Thanks, I have not tried to set a transparent background.  I can give that a shot.  Let me know if it works for you @Renato

Transparent background did not work on Mac Simulator, testing on device shortly.

Edit: Transparent background did not work on iPhone 4.

The purpose of setting the background color on captured images is to match the capture image background so you don’t get white lines.  The capture needs to assume some color for a background if the image you’re capturing has transparent edges. The default background is color is white. The background color parameter allows you to set it to match the image.

Okay, please help explain this. I really don’t think matching the background is going to help (transparent line through center of image.) This happens on Mac and iOS, does not happen on Windows.

Is the problem I’m experiencing different from the problem stated above?

Some type of explanation would be appreciated, I’m trying to push my app out now.
