Could Not Connect To Server

Rob, I meant the first start of Corona Simulator. It asks my login and password. I have typed them and there has been  an error mentioned above: “Could not connect to server. Please check your internet connection”.

Are you a subscriber and can’t get in?  Or are you getting this as a trial user?

Interesting. We use the term template internally and it looks like you hit an edge case in one of the build scripts. I’ll note that down and try to get a fix in shortly. For the moment just treat “template” as a reserved word in the app name context.

What version of corona are you using?

If you could give me the output of a traceroute to developer.coronalabs.com that might help as well.

What user name are you using to build with. I don’t see any errors in the server logs associated with the username you’re posting with.

I use Corona build number: 2012.971. Username (actually e-mail) is allyouneed.07 at mail.ru . The problem occurs on the first start of corona simulator, not during a building process. Could you give me your e-mail to send you trace route log?
