Yes I do have the “android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE” in my build.settings
Was able to reproduce on Android 10 device I had, just pushed fix and will part of next release

Can you also make PNG the default file format exported to the macOS photo library? Right now there is no way to specify PNG as the file format when exporting to the macOS photo library and I need there to be.
