It is clear, that problem with my systems: both Windows XP and Windows 7 (that’s strange). I will try with Windows 10 then.
Can it be, that reason is in mass blocks of IPs from my country? (Russia - there are now many sites are broken : )

No, I even try in different folders.
I think that reason probably, that I build not in Windows 10. That’s the only difference I see now with build of @roaminggamer
weird, I tried to build html5 app on Windows 7… works for me
What folder are you trying to output the build to? Do you have write access to that folder?

I use that path:
D:\MyGames\corona_sdk\Builded\
Antivirus is completely disabled.
And I have access to write here.
For all builds (Android and Windows) apps created without any errors, but HTML5 always the same error.
Don’t know what to check also, as minimal apps have errors too.
Is it only I have such issue, no similar?
Added files screenshot, that was created with HelloWorld project. Error log still the same.
Added detailed build log in 3289. @violetshadow can you try it on Mac and Windows and send me full build log ?
I’ve faced the same issue but with different configuration and error messages. I’m using Corona 2018.3290 for Mac and trying to build html5 project after the clean creation of empty game project

With the new 3289 build I was abe to create worked webapp in Windows 7.
There are was same errors in Windows XP, but as you don’t use this OS, so I can’t complain here really.
Still there are log of errors in XP:
