iDevice Build Error

Just to see what would happen, I tried building a sample app and I get the same error with the current build. So I think it is safe to say that its the provisioning file. I will download 704 shortly just to double check.

I have Xcode 4.1.

Let me double check to see if I can send the project to you.

Now is there a console/terminal for the simulator, because even after corona says its installing and opening the app inside the Xcode simulator it doesn’t open the device up and runs the app like it did with my app on the first time(even after reseting the contents of the device between corona app builds). And after I choose to open the device I only get a black screen. When I do get to the home screen, I don’t see any icons for any apps of mine.

(Also, I have a circle with a line through it on top of the .app files I make for the simulator, is that normal?)

It does sound like a provisioning file issue or a corrupted Xcode install. You might try upgrading to Xcode 4.2 and see if that fixes the problem.

On the Xcode simulator, you may have to move to a different screen page to see your installed app.

You can see print and error messages for the Xcode simulator by opening the Console app and searching for your program name. [import]uid: 7559 topic_id: 19492 reply_id: 78536[/import]
