iTunes Connect: Processing stopped for build an app.

And they just left it like that? No resolution???

Here is the latest response this morning from Apple - same as several days ago.

[[ I  am following up with you from Apple Developer Program Support regarding the issues that you are encountering when uploading builds to iTunes Connect.

Your issue has been filed with our engineering team and they are actively working to find a resolution. We will be contacting you with updates as soon as updates become available. ]]

I can confirm at this time upgrading to xCode 8, iOS 10, and build 2945 does NOT resolve the app thinning issue (at least not for me).

@troylyndon: I wouldn’t hold my breath on an update from Apple engineers - I hope the Corona team is able to fix this on their end or I’m afraid we will be waiting weeks before we hear anything re: a fix from Apple’s servers.

I am also having the same issue. I have tried uploading several apps, some with plugins, some without and it all results in the same error message. Has anyone successfully uploaded a build since the 7th besides the one person on the other page who said they did with phone gap?

[member=‘rdvitali98’], everyone using Corona would, unfortunately, have this issue regardless if it is Enterprise, Simulator or version involved.

It seems that there was some accident which causes Apple instruments to get broken when processing Corona built app. We’re working hard to solve it and made significant progress towards delivering a solution.

I will post updates here when there would be some.

iOS 10 just released today. I hope it won’t make this problem getting harder to resolve. Before any good news from Corona or Apple, I am going to keep everything NOT updated including the iOS 10, Xcode, corona sdk, application loader, etc…just in case upgrading will producing more problems.

Same error. Please help me!

I’ve tried Version 2016.2946 (2016.9.14) with Xcode 8 and I still receive the same error. I’ve been periodically uploading the build to test it.

Sounds like Corona knows the issue? Looking forward to a solution. One thing for certain, this is not a global wide native developer issue.

I can confirm the same issue here at Mexico.

awaiting Corona fixed it

Also interested in resolution.  The Apple Technical Note outlines a method to replicate the error locally and see log files.  Has anyone tried that to get a more descriptive error message?

@vlad

Any chance you are going to push this fix into the last Corona Enterprise build which supports xcode 6.4?

That would be awesome, since plenty of us are locked into using it.

Is this something within libplayer.a? :/

Thanks

Krystian

[member=‘Krystian6’], is there particular reason you can not upgrade to Xcode 7/8?

krystian6, Also, specifically which version of Corona Enterprise are you referring to?  The file  /Applications/CoronaEnterprise/Corona/BUILD contains the build number.

I’m not sure my issue is related to app thinning. Did you guys specifically try to implement app thinning or is everyone getting this error on iTunes Connect regardless of app thinning?

Is there a rough ETA on a fix for this? End of this week, or is it looking like early next week?

Update, Charles just posted (on Facebook) that the fix is complete and will be rolled out shortly.
