need to deauthorize computers on my account

Uhm… yeah that is fine. I can re authenticate it when I get home.

Hi Summit Tech,

It appears that both machines are already de-authorized. Perhaps Rob took care of this already…

Brent

I thought I replied.

I have the same issue… my laptop died and left me with no way to de-authorize Corona on it, so I can’t run Corona now on my new machine.  Brent, can you de-authorize my Windows machines?

Thanks,

David

Hi David,

I’ve just now de-authorized all the machines that were in your account. You should be all good to go.

Take care,

Brent

Thanks, Brent!

I notice that now the simulator takes 10 seconds to start… did something change in the last few days to cause this?

Thanks,

David

Hi David,

Are you using plugins? Which exact build are you using? Does the delay happen every time, or just once?

Brent,

I am launching the Simulator from Glider 1.9.  Corona Simulator 2012.971 (2012.7.27).  The delay happens every time… even on a control-R.

David

Hi David,

971 is a fairly old build at this point, 2 full versions back. The current public build is 1137, and before that was 1076. Can you please download one of the more current ones and see how that goes?

It could also be something related to Glider (although unlikely) which you’d have to ask them about. First try upgrading the Corona build.

Thanks,

Brent

Brent,

I downloaded the latest Corona version and it fixed the delay.

Thanks!

David

hi

please de authorize my computers too

Hi @salmank2,

The machines are now de-authed. Let me know if you have any further issues logging in.

Best regards,

Brent

Hey, if you could, could you de-authenticate my newest computer.

Thanks Summit Tech

Hi Summit Tech,

I probably will need to de-auth all of the computers in your account, is that OK? I can’t really gather much specific info about them, so I can’t tell which is new, old, etc…

Brent

I need to get my computers de-authorized too!

Hi @rovertoo,

De-auth requests are now being handled via support@coronalabs.com. Please send your account username to that address, and the de-auth will typically be handled within 24 hours.

Thanks,
