Publishing an App Question and Business Portion

Ok, so I own a gaming community, Vengeance Gaming Community; VGCLive.com

It’s not incorporated, or an LLC. Or any other legal business. So when I publish my apps, do I have to put my name, or can I put our website, VGCLive.com?

And if so, would I have to incorporate my website? What’s the deal with that?
