Tuesday Teaser: How Did I Do This Animation?

I was going to guess moving the ref point and yScaling.

but to take it further I would split the shroom away from the base and load it in as a group. That way when you scale the shroom the base doesnt move / squash as well which would keep the perspective and add a little more reality.
