If you will not adress a problem like this swiftly, DON’T MAKE IT so that we can’t use the simulator without logging in.
After entering the username and password window will appear with contacting the server, and then displays unknown error. The account is already active and verified email address.
The simulator is a message box that display.setStatusBarMode method is not supported.
If you enter the wrong password message appears to be wrong email or password. So verification and contact the server is operational.
We are investigating.
What version of Corona SDK are you using?
latest, downloaded today
As I asked in the other thread. “Latest downloaded today” doesn’t mean much. We have public builds and daily builds. If you download from the “Download” page you will have the latest daily build which is something like 2014.2511. If you download from the daily builds page, you would have 2015.2576.
on my pc 2014.2511 download page
on mine 2015.2576
install daily build same problem
Tried both 2014.2511 and 2015.2576. Result - An unknown error occurred.
Hi, same problem here, account activated, OS Windows 7, using 2014.2511
Can you all try again? Engineering is in the process of putting in a fix. After you log in you may have to quit the simulator and restart to have it remove the Starter label.

It works now. Sorry for my previous rage. It was actually another company that made me mad, I shouldn’t have carried it here.
No problem.
Just got home from work and saw your response Rob Miracle. Tried Logging in again and Login was successful on first try. Thanks for the Quick response and fix!
Everything is working now. Thank you
Working now, thank you!

I deauthed your computers. But you should still do a Preferences->Deauthorize and Quit, then try and login again. make sure you can login on both your Mac and your Windows machine.
