Weird collision behaviour.

lol yeah.

– this is a bit off topic –
I’ve been working on this game for almost a year (with more time being dedicated within the last 5/6 months) and while creating levels, coding scenes, writing basic functions for my various objects and animations is really easy stuff, it’s getting all the “little things” to work seamlessly that has proven to be challenging at times. Quite frankly I’m getting tired of it. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d hate to become a “forum whore”, but seeing as how I am essentially a newbie when it comes to programming of any kind there’s not much else i can do when things come up that just baffle me to the point of wanting to punch my computer.

Are there people who work as a kind of consultant? Not necessarily someone to take over and finish the project, but more of an assistant type position - an experienced person that would be available to assist in the final stages of development, whether it’s writing code or just being there to give advice/clarification on something when needed.

Hi Saer,

You might consider posting your request in the “Collaborations” sub-forum. It sounds like you’re seeking a teammate or “mentor” of sorts who would be generous enough (or charge an affordable fee) to critique your code and work through toward the final polished game. That sub-forum would be the best place to ask this.

Alright, thanks for the advice.
