Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t gideros let you publish to ios and android for free? Or does it have a non-commercial method, like no ios exporting or splash tag or something. [import]uid: 104850 topic_id: 12148 reply_id: 84606[/import]

It is free to use. The only difference between the paid version is the splash screen requirement.

Wow, that page-curl example is really awesome! It shows the power of some basic functionality that are still so ***PAINFULLY*** missing from Corona, like drawing custom shapes/polygons, and setting vertex coordinates.
But most of all things painfully missing in Corona is ability to call one’s own compiled routines: “Gideros Studio plugins are one of the best things since sliced bread – call your existing (C, C++, Java or Obj-C) code and functions from Lua, get the results and interpret them directly under Gideros Studio.”
I hope that this fierce competition to Corona will inspire addition of more advanced features to our favourite engine soon [import]uid: 80100 topic_id: 12148 reply_id: 102867[/import]
