I just check these 2 two days report.
and I find the installs of Android drop… almost 0.
before 2/23 average 40 installs everyday ( only android )
But 24 and 25 almost 0 or just 1 .(The more impressions and clicks then before 2/23)
Is anyone have the same issue ? [import]uid: 143797 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144097[/import]
I’ve been experiencing the same behavior here
I can’t see anything in my stats since the 15th. [import]uid: 47531 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143302[/import]
Same stats here. February has been horrible and I hope they’re able to get bigger campaigns in the succeeding months. It’s disappointing to see the stats get halved (and even less) compared to last January and December 2012. I’m still hoping it was just a reporting problem on their end.
I actually pointed this thread to RevMob support so that they may post an official statement if there was indeed a problem but they haven’t responded at all.
Maybe we can have an official statement guys? Anyone from RevMob? [import]uid: 44127 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144127[/import]
I got an email back from them that there is no reporting problem now and all installs were already credited to the accounts. It is “just a strong eCPM fluctuation from the adjustment to new campaigns.” [import]uid: 215663 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144128[/import]
I don’t know if I’m the only one in this situation, but my problem is apparently worst than just having a low eCPM.
My RevMob stats are like this:
Impressions: 0
Clicks: 0
Installs: 0
IR: N/A
CTR: N/A
eCPM: N/A
Revenue: $0.00
This is going on from the 15th of February.
Now my app has never had 0 impressions, I think there is certainly a problem.
Is anyone having a similar behavior? [import]uid: 47531 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144134[/import]
IR is down to 0.25% from 1.2% normal for me. Got an email from revmob that the reporting problem is still there and that they are still resolving it. [import]uid: 215663 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143320[/import]
@emily
Have you logged in to your RevMob account and clicked on ‘Contact us’ ?
You should definitely contact RevMob about that. It doesn’t look right at all.
All my apps are getting impressions.
EDIT:
Except if your apps are on Amazon, as they don’t have any campaigns running there at the moment. [import]uid: 70847 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144145[/import]
Thanks for the advice Ingemar, I’m doing it right now… at least now I know it is not the same thing all you other devs are experiencing.
And no, the apps are not on Amazon, just on the Apple Store
I’ll keep you updated if I get any useful information. [import]uid: 47531 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144147[/import]
Is everyone still seeing the low IR %? Mine is still really low for some reason. [import]uid: 79620 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143474[/import]
Yeah still low, my IR has been 0.45 to 0.55 since Monday, no idea why.
Normally it’s around 1.50

Yep, same thing here. Third IR drop issue in the last three weeks. RevMob has acknowledged a problem on the first two drops (~Feb 1st, Feb 9th-11th) and done a revenue backfill on only the first one so far. No news or acknowledgement yet on the current IR problem.
[import]uid: 25108 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143476[/import]
It seems the case happen again today …
IR rate form 0.5% drop to 0.17% …
I think their report system really have some problem [import]uid: 143797 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143545[/import]
Everyday my revenue is getting lower and lower. What happened Revmob? You used to be so good! [import]uid: 79620 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 144375[/import]
the same here. the lower IR and eCPM.
eCPM from 4.75(2013/1) the way down. yesterday down to 1.39 …
The income have been lower than Admob.
I really no idea what’s going on , Is any body know?
I hope the performance will come back soon …

Same here. No response from them either. :S [import]uid: 44127 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143589[/import]
Same here. I have very little impressions so it is hard to tell if people are not installing the free app or if there is an actual problem. I can see something happened after 2/10. I usually have an CRT of 20%+ and IR of 1.5-3% but since i have very little impression (200-300/day) it is hard to say if I am missing any revenue!

I can confirm the same issues. For the past week or so the reporting has been much lower than before.
Having said that, RevMob still outperforms any of the other ad networks (Admob, Mobclix) that I’m using in my Xcode native apps.
Hopefully this is just a reporting problem, and that the data will eventually be reported. [import]uid: 70847 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143692[/import]
Got 20-25% CTR but no install:( Are you seeing any install at all?
Thanks.
Mo [import]uid: 100814 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143874[/import]
CTR is normal, also 20-25%, I got quite a lot of impressions per day so I see installs even now when there is a reporting problem, the IR for the last 3 days is 0.4% for me, normal is 1.2%
A lot of you are saying that you did not get any response from RevMob, but everytime when I sent them an email I got a response within 24 hours… [import]uid: 215663 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143883[/import]
CTR is normal for me too. My IR is usually around 1% and today it’s down to 0.23%. [import]uid: 79620 topic_id: 35771 reply_id: 143901[/import]
