1.7 Output-Simulator

I just installed the newly released Glider v1.7 and I’m now seeing double output. Every output (from the simulator itself and/or from my own print statements) shows up twice. It almost seems as if the app has been launched twice. The simulator behavior is normal, but everything is doubled in the output window. If I run the exact same projects under Cider, I don’t see the double-output. Any thoughts? [import]uid: 101071 topic_id: 31058 reply_id: 331058[/import]

Hello Curjo,

Do you get this behavior even if you do a ctrl-r on the simulator? We have known about this double print issue for a while and you are right, the corona simulator does seem to run the main chunk twice. This is evident if you place a breakpoint somewhere and you can see it getting hit twice. But this problem should go away after subsequent ctrl-r restarts.

Hi M.Y. – I’m running on a mac, and I’ve tried restarting the simulator with command-r many times, but the behavior is unchanged – everything is doubled. Any other thoughts? [import]uid: 101071 topic_id: 31058 reply_id: 124265[/import]

Anything? Any ideas? I’d very much like to upgrade to Glider, but I can’t until I can resolve this. [import]uid: 101071 topic_id: 31058 reply_id: 124446[/import]
