Just tried Build 1123 and am getting:
Corona SDK Warning
You will not be able to publish this app to the store because it uses a restricted library (store). Please upgrade to unlock it.
I’m a Corona Pro subscriber.
Are you on a Mac?
If so, are you logged in? Open Preferences and it’ll tell you at the top of the dialog. Normally everyone is logged in all the time and you’d only see that message if you either aren’t Pro or somehow got completely logged out (e.g. did a Deauthorize) and haven’t done a device build (and therefore haven’t been logged in again).
I’m interested in how you got to this state as I wasn’t expecting it to happen but apparently I was wrong 
BTW, the message is just a warning. If you are Pro and you build an app for a device then you’ll get the “restricted” library with no problem.
