Starting at 2014.2329 you can no longer select any projects on the home screen nor can you go file open project the only way to open a project up is to relaunch last project.
Haven’t tried it on anything other than Win8 as I just got done rolling back one version at a time to figure out what version actually broke it.
Currently rolled back to 2014.2326 and working like it should.
Have you tried the latest daily build… 2332?

Hi, this is happening to me too.
We are aware of the issues with Windows and the recent daily builds. We believe we have it fixed and hope to have it in the next daily build (2336 and above). This affects Windows 7 and Windows 8.
@Tom, Still broken in build 2336 on Windows 8 or did you mean > 2336.
Currently anything > 2326 doesn’t work on Windows 7/8
I thought it would be in build 2336 but the update missed the build cycle. It will be in 2337 and higher.
Ok, I will try it out once the new build is online and let you know.
Build 2338 is up and seems to be working from my quick set of tests. I did find that Custom Device skin is not working in this build.
Yep all seems to be working, Custom Device Skin is working on my Win8 Ent as well. Thanks a bunch 
@Tom, Regarding Custom Device Skin
The first time you load a project (and don’t switch to a different view) and go to custom device you can change it just fine, it only fails when you CTRL+R and try changing to custom device and/or switch views then try custom device.
Yes, I noticed that too about Custom Skins. We are looking at it now. Thanks for testing and the report.
