2014.2439 Emu doesn't recognize nearest neighbor in emulator / i6 & 6s

Opps, that should be 6+ in the title, showing my 3Gs age! haha
(this appears to be emu only, nearest neighbor works on build fine)

OSX - Window / View As / iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 +

At load-up nearest is not recognized.  It is recognized for all the other devices and at certain scales of iPhone 6 and 6 +. But not default. I can’t stress how important: display.setDefault (“magTextureFilter”, “nearest”) is for Pixel Games and I really love Corona for supporting it! This is a small visual fluke in the emu only it seems.

Let’s make some awesome Corona apps ya’ll !!!

This is the first I’ve heard of this.  We need a bug report.  Please put together a simple project that shows the issue, include the build.settings and config.lua and make a .zip file and use the Report a Bug feature above.  Make sure to put iOS 8 in the title or text.  Please post the bug number back here after you get it in an email.

Thanks

Rob

hardest -600$ I ever had to work for.

ok, on it.

Done, I put iOS8 in the title of the attachment file. :(  not the name of the title of the bug… like an idiot.

Hey that was faster than I imagined. But you need to update the Bug Database. I can’t click for iPhone 5, 6, or 6+. Where do I report a bug on the bug report database?

so start with iPhone5 in the View then switch to iPhone6 or iPhone6+ and you will seewhatImean!!!  I gave you a cool end of QuestLord pic that works well with it for fun reference.

CTRL+, CTRL- also makes it clear that its blurry on default.

bests!

Got a bug ID from the email?  If you post it here, it will help when referencing the bug.

Thanks
