Hello everyone!
I have such a task: I need to open 360 degree panoramic photo image (you know, they are usually used in virtual tours) on my iPhone. I know there are some panoramic players at the AppStore, but have no clue how the work. Has anybody faced such a problem? Or may be someone knows where to start from?
I have people who can do this using flash, but flash isn’t supported, as you know.

If it’s a prepared image that just works left to right with no vertical panning, then you should be able to just put two images side by side and shuffle the position as the user pans through it.
If you can do some minor panning in the vertical, then it’s an irregular shape where you would need to texture the inside of a sphere. Corona doesn’t support 3D primitives and texturing in that manner so you’re kind of out of luck. [import]uid: 11024 topic_id: 4329 reply_id: 13516[/import]
