A way to exchange a file between an iPhone and a Mac?

Hi,

I’m looking for a way to send a file to a Mac locally, so without internet. Is there any way to do that? Bluetooth? USB?

Offhand, I’m not sure that Apple even allows that case, although I have seen the opposite case (e.g., the Air Sharing app for iPhone, which does Mac -> iPhone over a local connection).
