AAARGH! Locked out of development!

I recently got a new MacBook Pro and an MacPro. I tried to launch Corona but it says that I already have to machines authorized and that I have to de-authorize them. I don’t have access to those machines any more!

Why is there not an option to de-authorize others from that dialog box?

What should I do?
