Ability to de-authorize computers from the web dashboard

I’d like to de-authorize 2 computers that I no longer have access to. Without access to the other computers, it’s impossible for me to use Corona on my current computer.

Having the option to deauthorize computers through the web dashboard would eliminate this problem, and I’m kind of surprised that it isn’t an option already. I’ve tried going through support, but it’s been nearly a week with no reply. Hopefully I hear back soon so I can continue developing! [import]uid: 75359 topic_id: 21300 reply_id: 321300[/import]

Hey there,

I’m sorry to hear you have not had a response; there is a chance your email went to spam.

I will pass this on and hopefully we can get it addressed for you ASAP.

Hi go.damage,

I checked the support system for “go.damage”, and yielded no results. Could you give me the case number? When you entered the report, you should have received a reply with a number in the subject line. I’ll be able to check your case if you give me that number.

Otherwise, please enter a case through: support@anscamobile.com

Reiko.

Hi Reiko, thanks for the reply. The email I got back had no number in the subject line, but said: “The results of this submission may be viewed at:
http://developer.anscamobile.com/node/6257/submission/4068”. I’m not sure if this helps? [import]uid: 75359 topic_id: 21300 reply_id: 84543[/import]

Hi go.damage,

Hmmm, it’s strange that the automated reply you got did not have a number under its subject line. I checked for the other numbers in the link provided (6257, 4068), but neither have your name on it. It could be that your case just didn’t go though due to some glitch or something.

Could you please enter a case through: support@anscamobile.com? Once you get the automated reply, please let me know the case # so I can search for it.

Reiko.

Thanks, I did get a reply with case number that time. The first time I sent it through the web form, so that might have been the problem. The case number is: #12014  [import]uid: 75359 topic_id: 21300 reply_id: 84550[/import]

Hi again go.damage,

Please check your email inbox: your account should be deauthorized now. If you don’t see the message from the support team in your inbox, check you junk inbox.

Have a great weekend.
Reiko.

I’m experiencing this issue as well. I rebuilt my main machine (sent it in to Apple for repair) and corona now sees it as a new machine and will not run. How do I deauthorize my machine to reauthorize it? [import]uid: 7105 topic_id: 21300 reply_id: 112984[/import]
