I think there are too many variables to answer this question properly. Obviously, ad impressions (and thus money to you) will depend mostly on how many users download the game, which would involve some kind of marketing on your side (and a good game!). Some people are successful with using ads only to generate a decent revenue off an app, but others turn to in-app purchase or simply charge for the app.
In terms of Corona, you can use either AdMob, iAds, inneractive, InMobi, Vungle, or CrossInstall services. Everybody seems to have a different rate of success with each one, so it’s impossible to answer which one is “best”.
