About copyright permission?

I am currently developing my own simple game, I just borrowed some material from internet to use as my char, button, etc…

For example, I copied a sprite and modified it, create my own animation for it, etc…copy an open source module then improved it, implement my own function, redesign gameplay etc…

If I did so, will they (Apple or Google) accept to publish my application on the market? Did I violate copyright permission?

Whether or not you’ve violated copyright really depends on what rights the artist allowed. Did you check? Were the images under creative commons? [import]uid: 52491 topic_id: 25789 reply_id: 104399[/import]
