About Corona forum subcategories

I was wondering, would it make sense to have less categories in the Corona forum? When I want to post or read I’m often unsure where to go, as several categories would fit.

For instance, one forum is called “Features and Roadmap … Have any comments, suggestions or questions on our roadmap?” and another forum is called “Feature Requests … Is there something you want to be able to do that you can’t do now?”, there seems to a bit of overlap here. Or the overlap between “The Co-Founders Corner” and “What’s New”, or the one between “Game Development” and “Developer Support”.

This is not a complaint, I love Corona, and it’s hard to find the right balance between too little subcategories and too many for a good lively forum. [import]uid: 10284 topic_id: 7346 reply_id: 307346[/import]

@Philipp - I have also encountered the same problem. It is great to have a forum dealing with specific issues but I guess the problem is that many questions relate to more than one forum and it is a question of hoping I choose the most appropriate forum with the greatest chance of a reply.

Again, not a complaint - just wanted to agree that it can be difficult choosing which forum a problem relates to. [import]uid: 7863 topic_id: 7346 reply_id: 25923[/import]
