No. There is no time limit.

Updates until 2.0 are free. 2.0 will be at a 50% discount. Updates are feature packed and bug fixes will always be free.

Yes. These are completely separate products solving very different problems. There is no problem using sprite helper to export pngs or physics editor to export lua files, to Glider they are just images and source files, nothing more.
