About keywords for Androïd

Hello,
I noticed there’s no field to enter keywords about the application when creating the apk and neither in the Android Developer Console when publishing it. So, I don’t understand how it possible to find an app when searching it by keywords except if I write exactly the name of the app. Is it in the manifest file? If yes, how access it with Corona SDK? you can use keywords in the description… [import]uid: 86417 topic_id: 29773 reply_id: 119456[/import]

Keywords are not in the apk, and they are not anywhere in your code or build.

You enter your keywords on the website of whichever platform you are submitting for:

*NOTE: As of 8/12/12 keywords are not utilized by Nook’s search algorithm, so an app can only be found in the Nook Store by searching for the app’s title. They are aware of this and are working to fix it. [import]uid: 42083 topic_id: 29773 reply_id: 119467[/import]

Yes why not, it’s an idea:) [import]uid: 107239 topic_id: 29773 reply_id: 119468[/import]

Thanks for all the explanations, i just wondered because for my app if i dont write exactly its title ENIGMATIK i will never see it in the list of google play even if words like “enigmas” are in the descriptions, that’s boring… [import]uid: 107239 topic_id: 29773 reply_id: 119470[/import]
