About Refund

Hi, I purchased Corona SDK Pro subscription on 07.03.2013 23:26:37 EEST, I had several problems to use it and I decided to get a refund in 3rd day after my purchase. I sent email to sales@coronalabs.com and submitted my messages from contact page two times. No reply so far. It’s written we can get a refund within 5 business days of purchase on this page.

Is there anything I can do now? Or should I just sit and wait for a reply?

I will prompt sales to take care of this. We can track when you purchased and when you requested the refund, so no worries that it’s been more than 5 days since the initial purchase date.
