About submitting bug report about native.showPopup (contact list)

According to the guideline of the bug report, system will send me the bug case number by email after I submit a bug report. I submitted the bug report twice in these two days, but none of them have reply.

Is there any method I can trace back my bug case? Thanks 

Sometimes they don’t get in. Can you instead email support@coronalabs.com attach your .zip file and in the text of the message spell out all the things the form asked for?

Just brief the problem I encountered, all are in “pickContact”:

  1. If we do not show the contact details (i.e., choose contact will immediate return data), some of the contact will miss if the contact contains duplicated label. For example, two “home” number will only return one of them.

  2. If we show the contact details (i.e., after choosing the contact, the popup will go to another page that shows all the numbers), no listener will triggered after choosing number.

For the case I submitted to support, case number: #7724227

However, no one reply on my comment.

So I want to ask in here about the status of the issue. Thanks
