About the update status of the issue #7724227

Since my case has been submitted for a month and there is no any reply even I asked in the case, so I create a post to ask as this fix is very important for me.

Actually I feel disappointed to Corona Teams

The issue have been submitted nearly 2 months.

I asked for status update in the issue 1 month before and NO ANYONE REPLY

so I asked in this forum to see if anyone can help me to follow up.

HOWEVER, NO ANYONE WILL EVEN TOLD ME YOUR TEAM WILL HAVE ANY FOLLOW UP.

Does it mean that your team WILL NOT HANDLE THIS ISSUE?

Dude, chill. They get tonnes of issues submitted and they have to check each one to verify if they are even sensible requests. I have submitted many issues myself and almost never had a response directly in the issue chain. It will either be addressed or not. It is unreasonable to expect support or system engineers to respond to individual users. So, chill out. Maybe it’s just difficult to fix.

I don’t know about the implementation but have you tried to find a workaround for it to make things work for you? Both the docs and the tutorial seems to include many fields. Maybe there is something you can work out.

Sorry all of you that I cannot control myself yesterday.

Since the problem is quite critical for me and makes me feel helpless.

I understand that all the bugs need time to fix. So I don’t mind to wait for a while even the problem is critical for me.

However, the issue does not have any reply for a month even I set the priority to high.

And what makes me feel helpless is, no any reply in the ticket for another month even I ask for the update. I cannot estimate when my problem will be solved, even I don’t know my issue will be processed by Corona team.

I tried to find out any workaround such as plugin, however, none of them can solve my problem.

I hope you all will understand my situation.

I guess the acquisition process got in the way. I’m pretty sure Rob will inform you about the status of your report soon.

I know someone is looking into it and the ticket has been replied to.

I have asked about the plugin in the forum and the developer replied me that the plugin does not support customized label in iOS. So the plugin is not suitable for me.

Hi, it’s me again

The support team said will reply me within 24 hours which is 20 days ago. However, still no any response even I asked in the support.
Could anyone please help me to get the status of the issue?
