Access contacts android

i just want to pickup one contact in my App on android , but as i guess it is not yet possible , am i right ?

is there is any other way to allow user of the app to chose one account of accounts on his phone ?

Thier is no way to access contacts or accounts directly

You need enterprise to do anything like this
