ACCOUNT DE-AUTHORIZATION

Good Evening Administrators.

I need help on de-authorizing my account. I do not have access in the other computers anymore. So, I badly need to use it asap. :frowning: Can someone help me, I already sent request in the support page, but no one is responding. Please help me. Thanks!!!

Normally the support people respond within 24 hours except for weekends.  They should get to it on Monday.

Since you’re a starter account, you could just register a different email address and use that until they can reset you.
