Ad Provider Fees - How Much Are They?

Hello Corona,

In the interests of transparency, please can the developer community have a table to compare what fees are taken for each and every ad provider listed here:

Many of us are aware of the flat fees for, say, AdMob and the percentage fee for, say, AppLovin. But what about MediaBrix and ALL the other ad providers in the list linked to above?

Flat-fee: AdColony, AdMob, Chartboost, Unity Ads

Percentage: AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network

100% Free: The rest.
