Hi guys,
I am currently working on a (mostly) free App and would like to add some advertising stuff to encourage the user to upgrade to Premium.
However I have seen many forum threads in the past were people talked about bad support from certain ad providers and delayed payments, etc.
So I would like to now if you have had any good/bad experience with ad providers in the past/today and if you could suggest me one or two good ones 
Things which are very important to me:

No NSFW-ish ads!

mostly just in time

good support
