My question do plugin versions change, without me updating explicitly ?
I did an updated unrelated to plugins, and suddenly this crash pops up.

It’s not related to specific android version
The new AdColony SDK released a few weeks ago seems to have introduced an issue which can lead to this NPE.
I’m issuing a fix as we speak…
FYI. You will automatically get the latest AdColony plugin whenever your app is built.
A fix for the NPE is live on our build servers.
I’d recommend that you subscribe to the following thread so you can get notified when we announce AdColony updates.

Thanks I hope this fixes the issue.
But MORE importantly:
I think plugin version should be tied to CoronaSDK version.
if I released an app and tested monetization thoroughly, then one month later I do an update with a minor spelling fix, I don’t want a whole new set of monetization plugins to be used.
CoronaSDK version should come with a frozen set of plugins.
Then in coronaSDK release notes you add a bullet about sub-tools / plugins updates
I thought I was releasing an innocent type update.
