add an attachment to an email?

Is there someway to add an attachment (of an image in the documents directory or a screenshot of what’s currently on the screen) to an email? so workflow would be

a) app takes a screenshot
b) launches new email within the devices native email client
c) the screenshot from step (a) would be in the body of the email as an attachment and the email (to) field would be prefilled with some parameter i select.

This would be akin to a user trying to send a screenshot of what they are seeing to me as a bug report, or other possible use cases.
