Admob full screen ads not showing correctly in landscape apps

Hi, the full screen ads are being showed like in the pic on iOS.
Is there anyway to fix that ?

Can you check if you’re still facing orientation problems with static full screen / interstitial admob ads?

I was doing some testing with the same problematic build and today i found all my interstitial ads to be properly displaying in landscape mode. There has been no update from Corona yet, maybe something has changed from Admob? 

However, i did find my app to be laggy when attempting to show and hide these ads.

I am facing the same issue too. Using older builds i could still see the close button. With Corona 2594, the button is completely hidden. 

This static admob banner seems to be only showing on my iPad mini 2. No problems so far on the iPhone 6.

Can you provide more information on this? By “older builds” how much older do you mean? Can you provide a previous build # where it seemed to be working? Does this new issue occur with all ads on every test of showing an ad?

I cannot remember the last version i tested with this problem, i remember 2594 because i still have it on my MBP. I just tested a new build with 2603, and the issue is still persistent. Below are xcode logs from my iPad Mini 2, iOS 8.2, when the static interstitial admob banner issue appeared.

If possible, I really need to know if this is a recent issue with a daily build, or if it started only happening with iOS 8.2 (and doesn’t happen with iOS 8.1). Also, I need to know what Corona build you’re using.

We will need a bug report filed for this.  Please create a sample app that demonstrates the problem.  Please include the config.lua and build.settings and put it in a .zip file.  Use the “Report a bug” link at the top.

This is likely an issue with the plugin, so it likely won’t show up in a new daily build, just whenever we get update the plugin everyone will get it.

No I’m not saying that at all.  In fact it’s still sitting in the inbound queue since it just got filed.  What I’m saying is “WHEN” it gets fixed it will likely be fixed in the plugin which will go live for everyone.  You won’t need to get a new Corona SDK build for it.  Plugins and Builds are generally not tied together unless the plugin needs a feature that was recently added to a build.
