AdMob Rewarded ads not working...

I have included rewarded ads but it seems like there are not much loaded. Is this normal? While testing the game I had always load new ads and now the game is not loading new rewarded ads and seems to be stuck in not.loaded

I then call admob.load to load a new rewarded ad, but it is not working.

What am I missing here? Is maybe admob not serving enough ads?

The documentation states: “Rewarded video ads will not load when test mode is enabled. In this case, you will get a “failed” phase when trying to load a rewarded video. Please see admob.init() for instructions on how to enable/disable test mode.”
