For my portrait oriented game, I set the “portrait orientation” in Vungle dashboard but getting the test ad in landscape.
Hope to get the right orientation in live mode, but would like to ask here, does Vungle provide portrait ads ?

OK, got it on portrait but they also open in landscape, seems it depends how you hold the device.
But if I set the portrait orientation in the dashboard, they should never open in landscape, right ?

Was there any other info on this? On my apps I’ve set it to portrait in the dashboard and it still is showing landscape videos, even with the phone being held.
Actually to provide more information, the first Vungle ad is in landscape, even when the phone is in portrait.
So I have the phone in portrait and the first ad is in landscape, even if I rotate the phone it stays in either landscape. The post screen for the first ad shows and is in portrait mode as it realizes the device is being held that way. The weird part is that the next Vungle ad shown (in the same game session) will now show in portrait orientation (so the video is letterboxed) when the phone is held this way and will rotate between that and the landscapes. But it’s only after the first Vungle ad is shown and the phone is in portrait.
Has anyone else had this issue with portrait apps? Is there something I need to set? I’ve dug through the documentation and I can’t find anything.
I advise the user that they “may need to rotate the screen” for my portrait Vungle-enabled apps.
Not perfect - but good enough for me!
Sorry I can’t be of more use - MAS1.
