All Apps Crashing on Lenovo A800. Anyone know why?

All Apps Crashing on Lenovo A800.  Anyone know why?  I had a costumer contact me from the Google Play Store indicating that all my apps crash on his Lenovo A800 upon opening them.  Any ideas why this would be?

Thanks,
Scott

That’s a pretty broad question.  What kinds of apps are they?  Do they use specific hardware that the Lenovo A800 doesn’t have?  Is the user running any custom ROMs?  What do the crash reports say?  Does the user get any error messages on the device?

They are apps for kids.  They do not use any special permissions and no hardware requirements.

Unknown on the custom ROM.

He says he sees a black screen and the games do not start.

When trying to search through my crash logs, I tried to do a filter for the Lenovo A800 - It was not listed in the filter.  Perhaps it is incompatible and that is why it is not listed?  If that is the case, I am not sure how he got it.

We’ve also had reports of users getting black screens and not starting.

In our case the device was the TOUCHKON T907.

I can’t help much more than that as we’ve only had a few users report this issue and we’ve been unable to recreate it.
