Already Upgraded

I was using IOS subscription and today i subscribe to Android too, but Corona SDK does not understand it!

Even though it gives “thank you for your purchase!” message. i can not choose a keystore link! :frowning:

I’ve restarted/reinstalled even installed to a new comp. but nothing seems to be working.

Hey Cemil,

You still appear to be an Indie - did you upgrade to Pro or did you get a second account for Android?

If you upgraded to Pro please use this link to contact support; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support

If you bought a second subscription then you should deauthorize the first account (the iOS one), quite Corona and go to /users/library/preferences and delete up to 3 files there that start with “com.anscamobile”, then relaunch Corona and authorize using the Android details.

Thanks for the helps. I was hoping to be upgraded to pro once i get the Android too, but it seems it is not working like that… himmm not good.

One question, my android details and IOS details are same, i hope this works. i will let you know if it is.

Nope it is not working, Android still thinks it is Trial.

i am not getting any response from support. I am extremely unhappy with it overall…

I’m going to try and get in touch with support to get this taken care of tomorrow for you - I’m sorry there has been a delay; the newest stable version of Corona is due to come out this week so as you can imagine everyone is totally swamped.

It’s still not excusable but I wanted to provide you with a reason - normally support is top notch.
