I want to make a reservation application and I can’t use in-app purchases, because they are not made for this kind of payments - no returns, etc. So is there a way to implement some sort of payment method that would use your google play or itunes account - in same way as in-app purhcases? Tap and pay - no complicated logging in…

Search for PayPal plugin. This is a 3rd party product currently in beta testing. Once released it will allow you to create apps that receive payments through PayPal.
