Amazon App Store in now in Europe

Noticed Amazon App Store is now available in Europe.

Does this mean we can get on the App Store without having a US address, does anyone know ?

I only have a iOS license at the moment but would defo consider upgrading if I could get my Apps on Amazon and Google Play.

I have registered with the Amazon App Store today and I am located in Germany. So yes, it works with a non-US Address.
