I have my app selling on Amazon, Google and Itunes. Google and Itunes has sent payments directly to my bank Account. When I look at my sales report for Amazon its normal but when I go to earnings its greyed out. They mail checks rather than direct deposit which is fine. When I completed the payment info it had a sopt for ssn and it said optional. Now I just read of there faq something about international developers needing a EIN which I tried to complete on the link to the irs site but it fails to accept my non us sin number.
So my question is are there any developers from Canada who has been trough this already and are receiving payments.
It seems Amazon is very non usa friendly. I bought a Kindle fire for testing purposes and as is its useless outside the usa.
