Are there any developers from Canada selling on Amazon out there? I have received my payments from Google and Itunes easy enough but the earnings section seems disabled. I have sold 70 units and filled out all the sections but I just read in the faq something about neededing an EIN from the us government but when I attempt to apply for one they ask for my us sin.
Have anyone navigated through all of this?
