Amazon- Unsupported devices

I am trying to update an app for the Amazon App Store.

I created an upcoming version and uploaded my binary but I am getting this problem:

Your APK currently supports no devices. In order to submit your app, this APK must support at least one device. Refer to the device tooltips for more information.

The note next to Device Support on the developer Binary page says this:

Please select only the devices you intend to target with this binary file. If you are providing multiple binaries, options selected here will be disabled on subsequent uploads.

When I try to edit my device support they are all X’d out.

I hover over the tooltip and it says:

Unsupported Device

  • Targeted by another binary in the current version.

 

I’ve updated Google Play and Apple versions just fine. Can anyone help please??

I’ll leave this up here if anyone has the same problem.

While inside the Upcoming Version section, delete the old binary and then upload the new one.

I have no idea why they carry the binary over but that seemed to work for me. I’ll repost if I somehow get rejected.

What version of Corona are you using?

Even i am facing the same problem. I am trying to work on it but i am not able to resolve it.

Can anybody please help?
