Hi everyone…
thanks for your help in advance.
I got an error “FAIL” when uploading my app in Amazon.
“Observation:- App displays blank screen :
1.Install and launch the app.
2.App displays blank screen.”
– Non-Amazon Android - PASS
and all the kindle fire HD, new generation , all that fail.
The same app, same .apk file is in Google play right now
but I don’t know why it didn’t pass in Amazon
Any help?

You can ask Amazon for more information, or find someone with the device it failed on and have them test it for you.
You might consider joining this facebook group: Corona Beta Testers. It’s Corona developers who have volunteered to help test your apps. You might find someone there with the hardware you need.

I’ve had almost the same error, but it says it fails on both Kindle and non Amazon devices even though it works when I load it onto my s4 manually.
Did you manage to find out what was causing the error?
J_wbrown told me to build for “google” or “none” and see what happens
I just build for google, and use that apk, and it works great! now it is live in Amazon
I did not change anything…well I did change 3 images for the default launch images
I don’t know if that has something to do with it.
my images were .jpg and now they are .png
–Default.png (320x480)
–Default-568h@2x.png (1024x748)
–Default@2x.png (640x960)
And that’s it. I build for google and now it’s perfect
